Finally treated myself — mixed feelings
Overallcomfortable, nice look, warm. Big downside: durability issues and a customer service experience that didn’t really help when I needed more time or a proper fix. I’m glad I tried them, but I’m also disappointed and cautious about buying from the brand again.
