CommunicationI got these leather boots from here and man, was I let down by the customer service. They said they'd get back to me within 24 hours, but I never heard a peep after I reached out about my order. It was so annoying not getting any response, made me feel like I didn't matter as a customer. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want decent customer service.
