DeliveryI received these boots as a birthday gift, but ran into some issues with the delivery. I tried reaching out through email, but didn't hear back. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund through PayPal. I even attempted to contact the American company directly, but they explained they're only a middleman.

DeliverySo I picked up these fancy boots to give to my wife for Christmas. But guess what? They never showed up, eh? I waited and waited for over a month, but still nothing. And then I checked the Fedex tracking number the company gave me, and it just said "pending." When I reached out to the company, they basically told me tough luck - they're not responsible for anything once it's with the delivery company. They even suggested I should have gotten insurance, but that wasn't even an option when I bought them online. Like, what?! It's been really disappointing, especially since it was such an expensive gift.
