International order issue
International order issue
CommunicationI ordered something from overseas not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a real headache dealing with the order and customer service. I spent over $210 on my purchase, but right after I placed the order, they asked me for some transaction ID, which seemed fishy to me. I tried to figure out who to contact to send the ID, but I got bounced around between different teams and no one seemed to know what was going on. Even though I sent in the info they asked for right away, I haven't heard a peep about my order in nearly a month. The lack of updates, the delays, and getting passed around like a hot potato has just been so frustrating and disappointing.
