I just made a purchase in early January and, oh man, I had the same problem as some other folks who left reviews. So as soon as I placed my order, they gave me a shipment number that didn't even work. I've sent them several emails trying to figure out where my order is, but haven't heard a peep back. Plus, I tried to use their chat link, but it wasn't even working. All this radio silence and not being able to track my order has left me feeling pretty let down with the whole situation.

Ugh, like my package tracking number didn't work! I couldn't even track it and it took forever to arrive, like almost a month late. Customer service was nowhere to be found until I bugged them on every app. Finally got an update on my order. I thought they were all about being sustainable and stuff, but not impressed at all. Won't be shopping here again!

I had a pretty crummy experience with this company when I shopped online. I placed an order on a specific date and got an email saying they shipped it out. But then the tracking info never updated, so I had no idea what was going on with my order. Days passed and I found out that they straight up cancelled the delivery without even bothering to let me know. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and social media, but got no response at all. So, I had to take things into my own hands and contact my credit card company to get a refund. Honestly, the lack of communication and customer service was super disappointing and unprofessional.
