My recent purchase from this company left me feeling pretty let down, eh. I ordered a coat that was on sale and I was so excited for it to arrive, only to find out over two days later that they didn't even have it in stock. The lack of communication and mix-up with inventory was pretty disappointing, especially since it was my first time shopping there. And when they tried to make it right by giving me just $5 in "loyalty" points, it just didn't seem like enough to make up for the hassle of not getting what I wanted in the first place.

My purchase experience was a real downer, eh? The customer service I got, whether online or in-store, was just terrible. The online rep wasn't much help at all, making it a real headache to try and swap my item in-store. And when I went to the store to swap it, the worker there straight up said no to my return or even giving me store credit, even though the online rep said I could swap it for a different size. The lack of teamwork and communication between the online and in-store teams is just not cool, eh? You can bet I won't be coming back to buy from this store again.

I ordered something from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, the stuff is pretty good quality. Kinda reminds me of Zara or H&M. But lemme tell ya, their customer service is a real bummer. I shot them a question a week back and still haven't heard back. Plus, there's no phone number to call for help, which is so annoying. Not cool, man.
