Work trip clothing
Work trip clothing
ServiceI was so bummed out by my experience. I had spent ages choosing outfits for an upcoming work trip, only to find out that my order got cancelled for no reason. When I contacted customer service, they said there were some system problems and made me go through a bunch of verification steps, like giving personal info over social media. Even after doing all that, I still didn't get any answers and my card was still charged. It's super frustrating and seems really unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Disappointed with the customer service
Disappointed with the customer service
ServiceI'd give my recent experience with *Brand* a big fat zero stars if I could. Their customer service was beyond terrible - I sent emails and got no response, tried to find a phone number to call and got nothing, plus their return policy window was super short. To top it off, their sizes were all wonky, making it a pain to figure out what would fit. Save your cash and shop elsewhere because this company clearly doesn't care about keeping customers happy, just about lining their pockets.

ServiceSo, I finally got my hands on these new clothes I've been eyeing for a while now, and let me tell you, the customer service was just awful. The delivery took forever and I got my clothes bit by bit. And when I tried to return something, they accused me of returning items from other stores, like seriously? I don't even shop there! And now they're not even responding to me, like, what's up with that?
