Bad buy
Oh my goodness, like, seriously guys, this was, like, the absolute worst experience ever! So, like, I ordered this really cute thing from this place, and guess what? It never showed up. And on top of that, I had to pay extra money for something that never even made it to me. Like, whyyy?! And their customer service? Don't even get me started on that. They were sooo terrible to me, it's like they didn't even care that my stuff was missing. And then they're all like, 'check with your neighbors' as if I hadn't already done that a million times. So rude, I swear. And then, the package was delivered to the wrong address, and the person living there was all, 'I don't have your stuff.' Like, where did it even go then?! Yeah, worst experience ever, I would never recommend them to anyone, like, ever!
Matte lipstick
I just bought this matte lipstick and man, the customer service was seriously disappointing. Ordered it back on November 25th and when I got in touch on December 12th for an update, they said it was on its way by December 18th. But by the 22nd, still no sign of it shipping out. When I contacted customer support, they first tried to pin it on customs, even though my order hadn't even left their place yet. After pushing back on their excuse, they ended up just giving me a refund. Definitely won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure.
Makeup set
So I recently bought this makeup set from this company, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with how everything went down. Like, seriously, I had to wait for 2 whole weeks for my order to show up, and when it finally did, all I got was a lip oil. Can you believe it? That's not what I ordered at all. It was pretty obvious that someone messed up my order because the packaging and shipping were all over the place. And when I tried to contact customer service for some help, they were no help at all. I felt like I was totally scammed, you know? So, I would definitely think twice before ordering from this company. Just a heads up.
Perfume and creams
I bought some perfume and creams from the store on November 22nd, but it's been two weeks now and still no sign of my order. I'm really bummed out because I spent almost two hundred bucks on that stuff, and it seems like it's just vanished into thin air. I've always been a faithful customer here, so I'm pretty shocked by the lack of respect and communication about my order. Even though a tracking label was made, my package still hasn't been sent out, so I have no clue what's going on.
Mascara, foundation, bronzer
The stuff I bought from here was a big letdown. The mascara was super clumpy, making it a struggle to put on without looking like I had spider legs for eyelashes. The foundation was all patchy and didn't go on smoothly, giving me a weird uneven look. And the bronzer, supposed to give me a nice sun-kissed glow, ended up looking so pale it seemed like I had rubbed white powder all over my face. Honestly, I wasn't impressed at all by the quality of the products I got.
