Lipstick and highlighter duo

The customer service at this beauty brand is just terrible, eh? It's like pulling teeth trying to reach someone on the phone, and even when you finally do, they don't offer any real solutions. Their email responses are pretty much useless, leaving you feeling frustrated and ignored. If you have any problems with your order, it looks like your only option is to go through the hassle of disputing charges with your bank. All in all, the poor communication and problem-solving skills make for a pretty disappointing experience for us customers, eh?

I recently bought a new lip gloss that just came out and was excited to give it a try. But when I got my order, I saw that they sent me the wrong item. It was a letdown, but I know mistakes can happen. I reached out to customer service right away through their phone, online chat, and email. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was terrible. Even though they were supposed to be available, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I tried calling and waited on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. I also tried the online chat, but waited a long time without a response. And even after sending an email, I still haven't heard back from them. I tried reaching out multiple times, but got the same lack of response every time. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service from this brand.

I recently bought some makeup products from this store and I gotta say, my experience wasn't great. Customer service was a letdown to start with. I ordered right before a sale, and when I asked if I could get the sale discount added to my order, they told me the sale had started the day before. Even though I had barely missed it, they wouldn't give me the discount. That rigid policy made me feel stressed and like they didn't care about me as a customer.

The customer service I got from the agent I talked to was top-notch! Even though my item was broken, the agent fixed everything super quickly and got me a replacement in just 5 minutes. I was really impressed by how nice and efficient the agent was in dealing with my problem. And to top it off, my items arrived super fast - only took 4 days to get to my door! With all the delays in online orders these days, that was a pleasant surprise. Huge shoutout to both the Warehouse and Customer Service Team for doing such a great job!

Eye cream, missing free gift

So, I recently bought some stuff from this one makeup brand and let me tell you, I was super disappointed. They were supposed to give me a free gift with my order (don't worry, I remembered to put in the code), but it was nowhere to be found. And don't even get me started on the eye cream I got - it was as thick as oatmeal! I twisted that tube like crazy, but not even a smidgen of product came out.

I tried contacting customer service for help and guess what? The rep I talked to, Graylyn, was the worst. She was not helpful at all and even kinda mean. She kept telling me to go on the website to return the stuff, even though I was clearly struggling. Come on, Graylyn, have a heart! I've been loyal to this brand for so long and spent so much money on their products, I expected way better service. This bad experience has me thinking twice about ever buying from them again.

Matte lipstick

I just bought this matte lipstick and man, the customer service was seriously disappointing. Ordered it back on November 25th and when I got in touch on December 12th for an update, they said it was on its way by December 18th. But by the 22nd, still no sign of it shipping out. When I contacted customer support, they first tried to pin it on customs, even though my order hadn't even left their place yet. After pushing back on their excuse, they ended up just giving me a refund. Definitely won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure.
