I was really looking forward to getting my new makeup order, but it never showed up. Even worse, when I tried to track it, the link didn't even work so I had no idea where it was. I tried contacting customer service for some help, but they never got back to me. The whole situation just left me feeling so frustrated and disappointed.

I never got my order and the customer service isn't answering my emails or Instagram DMs. It's definitely a scam.

I bought 3 gloss bombs on November 23rd, but my package hasn't budged since December 4th according to the tracking info. When I reached out to customer service, they told me my package was lost. I'm pretty bummed out and annoyed, especially since it sounds like this isn't the first time this has happened with this company, as I've seen in other reviews. I won't be ordering from them again. I suggest checking out Sephora or other retailers instead - I ordered gloss bombs from Sephora last week and got them right away.

Ordered on December 7th, and it hasn't moved since the 10th. I'm so frustrated because I needed it by the 15th, and now I'm worried I won't get it in time for Christmas. The service is terrible, and the shipping is so slow compared to orders from Australia.

Oh my goodness, like, seriously guys, this was, like, the absolute worst experience ever! So, like, I ordered this really cute thing from this place, and guess what? It never showed up. And on top of that, I had to pay extra money for something that never even made it to me. Like, whyyy?! And their customer service? Don't even get me started on that. They were sooo terrible to me, it's like they didn't even care that my stuff was missing. And then they're all like, 'check with your neighbors' as if I hadn't already done that a million times. So rude, I swear. And then, the package was delivered to the wrong address, and the person living there was all, 'I don't have your stuff.' Like, where did it even go then?! Yeah, worst experience ever, I would never recommend them to anyone, like, ever!

I recently bought some makeup stuff from this beauty brand, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the service and delivery! Even though I saw some not-so-great reviews, my own experience was top-notch. The order got to me super quick, no delays, and the delivery folks found my place no problem, even though it can be tricky to navigate. The brand really pays attention to the little things and making sure customers are happy, and I'm definitely sticking with them after this great experience.
