CommunicationI ordered shade 3 of the popular skin tint on the website and couldn't wait to give it a try. But then, I got a message a few hours later saying they were out of stock and had to cancel my order. I was a bit disappointed at first, but then I got a notification from PayPal about a refund in less than 24 hours. Plus, the company sent me an email really quickly after I made the payment. Even though I didn't get my hands on the product, I have to admit, I was pretty impressed with how fast they were with the refund and the communication was top-notch. So, all in all, I'd say it was a good experience.
