So, I was all excited 'cause I got this wicked eyeshadow palette and highlighter, right? But then I noticed I accidentally ordered two of them. I phoned them up right quick to sort it out, but they told me to just wait for it to show up and then send it back for a refund. And get this, now they're saying I gotta pay for the return shipping! Ugh, so not cool.

I recently bought a lip balm online, but when it arrived, it was completely different than what I ordered. I reached out to the company right away, but they said I had to wait for the correct product to come and then send back the wrong one. When I finally got the replacement, it was not only still wrong, but it was cheaper than what I paid! On top of that, I had to pay a big shipping fee to return it, which was super annoying. It feels like they purposely make it hard for customers to return stuff. Overall, I was really let down by the service and I would suggest being careful when ordering from them.
