After buying the huge alpaca sweater in black, I have to say I wasn't super excited about it. But then the company contacted me and said they'd give me my money back for the sweater. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful, and I'm grateful for that. Even though I was let down at first, this good experience makes me think about shopping with them again someday.

I recently ordered a pair of Super Soft Relaxed Jeans in light vintage blue from this store. But when the package arrived, it turns out they sent me high rise skinny jeans in dark blue instead. What's worse, the label from the Super Soft Relaxed Jeans was torn off and stuffed in the back pocket of the wrong jeans to make it seem like they were right. I got in touch with customer service to sort it out, and they quickly gave me a full refund and said I could keep the wrong jeans. While I was bummed about getting the wrong thing, I was happy with how well the company fixed the mistake.

I was a bit nervous when I read some reviews after I placed my order, but everything went really well. I chatted with customer service to ask about the delivery and they were so friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about the service, and I absolutely love my new cardigan. Actually, I loved it so much that I ended up ordering more stuff!
