Ripped front pockets
Ripped front pockets
ProductI bought a pair of jeans from this store not too long ago and I was really let down by the quality. After only a year and a half of hardly wearing them, the front pockets completely fell apart on me. I tried to get help from customer service, but they just told me it was normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear? I've never had a pair of jeans fall apart on me like that before. The jeans were comfy, but obviously not made to last. Dealing with customer service was so annoying and just left me feeling really upset.
Cotton top
Cotton top
ProductI bought a cotton top from this store 'cause my skin is so sensitive and I can only handle natural fabrics like cotton, linen, and wool. The label said the top was 100% cotton, but I still got a rash after wearing it. I washed it and tried it on again, but I had the same reaction. Now I'm kinda bummed out and not sure if I wanna buy from that store again.
Jeans
Jeans
ProductI can't believe how many times I had to get my jeans replaced – a whole 6 times! They were obviously flawed and it took forever to get a pair that actually fit. The service rep I talked to was nice, but the whole thing was a total pain. I was hoping for better from a company like this.
Shirt purchase
Shirt purchase
ProductYa know, there's been lots of talk about how hard it is to do returns around here, but honestly, I'm not too fussed about that. I just wanna share my own experience, not some second-hand horror tale. So, I picked up a shirt, ya know, just a regular ol' shirt, not some fancy designer thing. It came in today, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. It's exactly what I was expecting from the website description - well-made, nice fabric, and fits just right.
Alpaca Fur Items
Alpaca Fur Items
ProductI ordered two alpaca fur items and they were terrible. They shed like crazy and itch so much, and the fur gets everywhere, even in my eyelashes. The no return policy is absurd, especially with how expensive they are at $60-$70 each. I won't be purchasing from them again. Their advertising might be good, but their products are not. Stick to their t-shirts and avoid everything else.
Misleading sizing and cuts
Misleading sizing and cuts
ProductThe sizing info on the website is totally wrong and the model pics are super misleading. The clothes are not practical for everyday wear, like they're all cropped and tight but they don't mention that in the description. I feel like I got duped into buying stuff that doesn't fit or look like it did in the pics. And on top of that, the return policy is super strict and the customer service is terrible. I'm not expecting these items to be good quality or last long at all.
Cashmere and alpaca knitwear
Cashmere and alpaca knitwear
ProductI've bought a bunch of cashmere and alpaca clothes from this brand over the years. Their stuff is always top quality, which is why I keep going back. The shipping prices are reasonable too, so it's easy to justify treating myself to more.

But, I gotta take away a point for getting rid of some of their staple items, like the cashmere turtleneck sweater. It was a classic and should've been a permanent part of their collection. The "soft wool Italian" sweater also disappointed me - it shrank big time after just one hand wash.

Even with those hiccups, I still think this brand knows how to make great alpaca and cashmere clothes. I've got stuff from them that still looks awesome even after wearing and washing it regularly.

As someone who shops at this brand often, I gotta say, I've always been super impressed with the quality and style of their clothes. They're well-made and have cool little details that make them stand out from other brands. Sure, they might not be the cheapest option out there, but the fact that they last so long totally makes it worth the money. I've never had trouble finding my size and the fits have always been consistent no matter what I'm buying.
The return process is a breeze, especially for us Canadians. I just start it online, print the label, drop it off at the Post Office, and boom - quick refund on its way. It's so efficient and hassle-free, it's honestly a huge plus for me as a customer. All these things combined make this brand really stand out when it comes to customer service and overall convenience. I've only had great experiences, so you can bet I'll keep coming back for more.
