TrackingI ran into an issue with a package that got sent to the wrong address and then sent back. Donald was pretty helpful in trying to fix things, but I gotta say, I was let down by the company's lack of communication about the package status. I only found out about the mix-up when I looked it up on USPS, since I never got an email about it.
