I had a problem with something I bought from Entertainment Earth and asked for help. Let me tell you, their customer service team went above and beyond. The guy named Donald T. took care of everything like a pro, sorting out the problem super fast and making sure sending it back was easy. My Funko Pop came in the mail with a squished corner, even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap and the box was fine. I tried calling during the day but waited on hold for 24 minutes and eventually just gave up. I also sent emails and left messages, but it took a whole week for them to get back to me. They said I could send it back for a refund if they approved it, or I could keep it with a discount. I wasn't happy with that solution because it felt like they weren't owning up to their shipping error.
