Entertainment Earth - Reviews and experiences

I ordered multiple items from Entertainment Earth recently and I was supposed to get a shipping discount, but my experience was pretty disappointing. I only got one out of the three items I ordered. The second one got cancelled without any reason and the last one kept getting delayed. It was always updated to come in a month but it kept getting pushed back. After 5 months of waiting and no sign of the item arriving, I just decided to cancel it. It was so frustrating, especially when big stores like Walmart had it in stock and I was still waiting.

Wow, just got my package from Entertainment Earth and I was really looking forward to opening it up! But when I saw the box and the action figures inside all messed up, I was pretty disappointed. I know it wasn't Entertainment Earth's fault, but it must have been those delivery folks who don't handle packages carefully. I gave them a call and chatted with this guy named Donald, and he was super nice and helpful. He sorted everything out for me and made things right. I'm really happy, and that's why I'll continue to purchase from them. They're a great company with fantastic people like Donald on their team. Thanks, Entertainment Earth!

I gotta tell ya, my experience with Entertainment Earth started off pretty rough. My order got sent back by mistake and I was getting nowhere with emails. So I finally gave customer service a call. Thank goodness for Donald Tapia - he was awesome. Super friendly, really professional, and he even waived the reship fee for me. Donald made sure everything was sorted out with my order and kept me in the loop on another one I was waiting on. Thanks to him, what started as a bummer turned into a positive experience.
