Entertainment Earth - Reviews and experiences

I had a really good experience with a guy from Entertainment Earth, his name was Donald Tapia. He contacted me right away to let me know about a price change on my order and the refund I would be getting. Donald was super professional, polite, and really knew what he was talking about. It was nice to see such great customer service, especially when you compare it to other stores. I really wish more companies had people like Donald who cares about making sure customers are happy.

Right from the get-go, Donald was super patient, understanding, and eager to help me out. He didn't just give me the info I was looking for, he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. I really respect his hard work and top-notch customer service skills. If all the folks at Entertainment Earth are this awesome like Donald, there's no doubt this company will keep on doing great.
