Tracking

I have been a loyal customer of eBags for a while now, and I have always had good experiences with their products and service. But I have to say, my most recent order really let me down. I ran into some problems when trying to track my order because the info on the eBags website didn't match with UPS. The tracking number eBags gave me didn't work on the UPS site, which was super frustrating. And to make matters worse, the delivery date they gave me was totally off, causing even more delays. When I tried to reach out to customer support through their chat function, it wasn't working, and there wasn't even a phone number to call. I had no choice but to send an email. And the response I got was just a generic message about high volumes during peak shopping season, even though it was March. The lack of communication and support from eBags has really let me down as a customer.

Backpack purchase for laptop

Tracking

I bought a backpack for my new laptop back on December 23rd and was supposed to get it by December 28th. But it's already January 4th and I still haven't received it. I've tried emailing customer support, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm really let down by the company's service. The tracking info they gave me is totally bogus and not helpful at all.
