CommunicationSo I made a purchase on this website not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed out by the lack of communication and customer service. I mean, after I hit that order button, I didn't even get a confirmation email. And to top it off, they took my money! I tried reaching out to their customer service through live chat during regular business hours like they said on the website, but it was a dead end. And when I attempted to call them, all I got was a voicemail saying sorry for missing my call before they hung up. Like, come on, that's just not cool. This whole situation is just not how you treat customers.

The website didn't give me a way to cancel my order and when I needed help on the weekend, there was no way to reach customer service. I tried emailing them but got a message saying it didn't work. The phone number they had listed seemed fake, which made it even harder to get in touch. All in all, the lack of customer service options and unresponsive contact info made it really frustrating.
