The website was brutal to use, so slow and kept freezing. And then they went and changed the names of the colours without telling anyone, like what even? Customer service is a joke, couldn't even use my discount code for two whole days and not a peep from them. So let down, definitely not giving them my business again.

I had a really bad customer service experience! My package arrived more than a week late, and when I reached out to them, they just told me to keep waiting before they would think about it being lost during shipping. There wasn't even a sorry for the delay! It was so annoying and let-down, to be honest. After a bunch of emails, my package finally showed up a few days later. It's not all their fault, but they did pick that delivery company that's not very reliable. I definitely won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

I just bought the Holy Hydration Cleansing Balm and I have to say, it's amazing! I have eczema and it's always hard to find a face wash or balm that doesn't make my skin all irritated. This one didn't bother my eczema at all and it made my skin feel so clean and refreshed. Plus, the smell is nice and not too strong, which is great for me.
