App & PortalI'm super annoyed right now. I've been trying to order stuff online for four days, but there's a glitch on the website that's stopping me. I phoned customer service TWICE, even tried to speak with a manager but could only leave a voicemail. One rep told me she fixed the problem, but it's still not working. I used to really like this brand for their good dupes, but come on, seriously??

Customer service is a joke, couldn't even use my discount code for two whole days and not a peep from them. So let down, definitely not giving them my business again.
