I had a bad experience with the customer service from this company. When I got my beauty products order, I noticed that a lot of items were missing. I tried to get help from customer service, but they took a long time to reply and didn't follow through on fixing the problem like they said they would. I tried to keep talking to them, but it didn't help, and I never got the products I wanted. Mistakes happen, but this company not taking responsibility for their actions is not right.

I'm really let down by this company for not getting back to me about the missing item from my order. I sent them a bunch of emails, but haven't heard anything back or got the problem fixed. It's not cool to ignore customers like that, so I won't be buying from them online anymore.

E-gift card issue

I bought an e-gift card for my daughter, but when she tried to use it, the balance disappeared mysteriously before she could finish her order. I emailed customer service, but they replied dismissively and said they couldn't see any orders on the card. So I decided to call instead, and the representative I talked to seemed tired and not really interested. They promised to call me back, but they never did. It's been a week, my daughter still hasn't gotten her order, and I'm out of money. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't really care about its customers, and it's really disappointing.

Oh man, let me tell ya, my experience with their customer service was a total nightmare. I had the bad luck of dealing with a really rude manager who didn't seem to know the first thing about professionalism. I swear, the attitude was just unreal. It was like talking to a brick wall, I tell ya. Customer service skills? Ha! More like customer disservice. Hey Barbra, maybe it's time to think about a new career, eh?

I bought some cosmetics from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by how unresponsive they were. I tried getting in touch with their customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me or even tried to solve my issues. It's frustrating to see a company not care about its customers like that, it definitely doesn't look good on their part. As someone who knows what I want as a customer, I expect some level of professionalism and good communication from the companies I support. Sadly, that was seriously missing in my interactions with this brand.

I bought 4 things from this company at the beginning of December. When my package finally came after 3 weeks, I noticed one item was missing. I emailed their customer service cause I was worried about some bad reviews, but they got back to me in 3 hours and said they'd ship the missing item. I was impressed by how fast and nice they were. If you have a problem with your order, send them an email.

Two bottles ELF foundation

So, y'know, I bought two bottles of foundation, eh? And when I got home and tried them out, they didn't even work on my face, eh! I was so bummed, but then I emailed them, and they not only emailed me back but also called me, eh! And like, 5 days later, I got my two new bottles of foundation! Thank you so much for the awesome customer service and the foundation, it's lit! Cheers!
