CommunicationI recently bought something from this company and I am really not happy with how they are communicating about my order. I haven't got any message confirming that my order is on the way. When I tried to track it on their website, I couldn't find my order number. This is so unprofessional and it's making me frustrated and confused. I tried emailing them but they haven't replied, which just makes me even more disappointed. I really suggest not buying from this company because they are not reliable at all.
