DeliveryI had a really bad customer service experience! My package arrived more than a week late, and when I reached out to them, they just told me to keep waiting before they would think about it being lost during shipping. There wasn't even a sorry for the delay! It was so annoying and let-down, to be honest. After a bunch of emails, my package finally showed up a few days later. It's not all their fault, but they did pick that delivery company that's not very reliable. I definitely won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.
