Technical support refund delay
Technical support refund delay
Returns & RefundsI've been waiting for my refund for tech support for a whole 3 months now and still nothing. I've called and emailed tons of times but no real info or progress on my refund. This kind of service is just not okay and has me feeling so frustrated and let down. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company at all.

Returns & RefundsIt's really important to do your research before buying anything from this company. A lot of people have complained about getting low-quality products for way too much money from them. Many customers have had bad experiences with their customer service team - they don't seem to care much when there are issues with the products. The way this company does business is pretty questionable - they try to get out of giving refunds even when they're supposed to by law. You might want to think about looking at other brands that care more about making customers happy and doing business ethically.
Defective laptop purchase
Defective laptop purchase
Returns & RefundsI bought a laptop and it started acting up after just a few months. Now it's completely unusable. I asked for a refund, but they said no. Their product quality and customer service are both terrible. I'm never buying from this company again.

Returns & RefundsDell took so long to send me my laptop order and now they won't even give me my money back. Can you believe it? I can't understand how they can mess up refunding my money, it should be so easy! I'm so frustrated with them!
About Dell
Dell Technologies Inc., commonly known as Dell, is a multinational computer technology company based in Round Rock, Texas. Founded by Michael Dell in 1984, it initially operated out of a dorm room at the University of Texas with a startup capital of $1000. The company made a name for itself by selling personal computers (PCs) directly to customers, which allowed for customized orders while undercutting traditional retail prices and bypassing intermediaries. Over the years, Dell expanded its product lineup to include servers, storage devices, networking products, software, and computer peripherals. In addition to hardware, Dell also ventured into IT services and cloud computing through various acquisitions, most notably the purchase of EMC Corporation in 2016, one of the largest technology acquisitions at the time. Dell's direct-sales model and its build-to-order approach disrupted the traditional PC market, contributing to its rapid growth and making it one of the largest PC manufacturers in the world. Today, Dell Technologies offers a broad range of technology solutions, including personal computers, servers, storage, networking, software, and services, catering to consumers, businesses, and government agencies globally.
