So, I bought a gaming system from this company and it crapped out on me after only 5 days of use. I reached out to their tech support, and they sent me some DIY instructions to try and fix it. Didn't work though. They then offered to send me a new system or exchange my broken one. I went with the exchange and sent back my system as they told me to.

I got this laptop and oh man, it's just awful. I definitely should've looked at it in person before purchasing it. The hinges are all loose, and it feels so cheap, like it's made of cardboard. The sound system keeps acting up, and seriously, who puts a speaker on the bottom of a laptop? Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this one, trust me.

I bought a laptop from the company for $3500 and I've been having a ton of problems with it. The color on the screen is off, it keeps turning on in my backpack, crashes a lot, the fan won't turn off when it's supposed to be asleep, and the screen goes black for long periods. The trackpad and keyboard also act up sometimes. A lot of other people have had heating issues with this model, and mine is overheating and having trouble with even simple tasks.

I always have to put it on a solid surface to stop it from overheating. And on top of that, it keeps freezing and showing me that dreaded "blue screen of death" more times than I care to remember. When I told the company about this dangerous problem, they not only didn't want to fix it but also tried to make me pay a restocking fee to return the broken product. This is not okay and could seriously hurt customers.

I'm so annoyed with this stupid docking station I bought from this company. It's been causing so many problems for me at work. There are error messages popping up all the time and the fan is always so loud. And let's not even talk about how it doesn't recognize my peripherals properly! Even after getting it replaced and talking to customer service multiple times, the issues just won't go away. I'm so frustrated!
