The quality of the product I got was amazing, it went above what I was expecting and I'm really happy with it. But the whole delivery situation was a mess. I had asked them specifically not to leave the package outside, but they did it anyway. That put my purchase in danger of getting stolen, which was a total pain. Hopefully, Costway can think about giving more choices for deliveries in the future so this doesn't happen again.

Oh man, guess what? I finally got that thing I've been eyeing for ages and I am beyond stoked! I went ahead and got myself a membership, and paid for it using Klarna - it was so easy peasy. The whole process was smooth sailing, with everything I needed right there at checkout. It was a total breeze!

Ordered the wrong size stools

So I made a purchase recently and oops, ordered the wrong size stools. I needed 24” legs, not 29” and was stressing about dealing with the return. But hey, the customer service from the company totally blew me away in a good way. They really went out of their way to help me get the right size, super easy and quick. I'd totally recommend ordering straight from the company instead of going through places like Wal-mart, Amazon, and Canadian Tire. You save on fees and get your stuff way quicker. Plus, they often have special deals for even more savings.

New dryer purchase

So, eh, I had a total issue with my new dryer, it was like not working at all and I was so mad, eh! I decided to write to the customer service and they were super nice and helpful, eh. They kept emailing me to try and fix the problem and in the end, they even gave me back the money I spent to fix it, eh! I was so impressed by their service, like, wow, eh!

Kids rocking chairs

I bought these rocking chairs thinking they were for adults, but it turns out they're for kids! I emailed them right away and Monika got back to me super quick. She cancelled my order and I'm getting my money back. Usually, returning stuff online is a pain, but Costway made it so easy. Can't wait to shop here again!
