CommunicationEh, my online purchase experience at the store recently was, like, super disappointing. My order took forever to arrive, only to be cancelled without any explanation, eh. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through email and phone calls, but I still haven't got a proper solution or response. The way things have been handled with no transparency and lack of communication has been really frustrating and not cool, eh.
