CheckoutHey there, so I bought these shoes from the store and ended up having to return one. But then things got all messed up. Even though I had paid for everything already, the customer service peeps canceled the bill for the one item, which messed up my Klarna account. I contacted them a bunch of times to fix it, but no one seemed to want to help out and get it sorted. I was pretty let down by the lack of support and how inefficient the customer service team was.
