Yeah, so I bought this shirt thinking it was a large, but it fits more like a medium. I wore it for a little bit and it just started falling apart! There were holes in the seams and the fabric was so thin, it ripped super easily. I was really let down by the quality!

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Jonathan S from customer service - it was honestly amazing! He was super quick at solving my problem and he did it with such a nice and friendly attitude. It made the whole thing so much better. Good customer service is a big deal for me when it comes to how I feel about a brand, and Jonathan S really nailed it. I really liked how efficient and professional he was. So, I ended up getting the wrong item, but luckily Aibelle from customer service was able to sort it out and give me a full refund. I have to say, even though there was a mistake, I was really impressed with how they handled it and the solution they provided. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend their service.

I got something from this company the other day, but when I finally opened it up, I realized it was broken. So, I messaged their customer service through iMessage and showed them the proof. Surprisingly, they got back to me on the same day and totally went above and beyond. Lenny from customer service was super fast, nice, and really understood the problem. He fixed everything up really well and his service was top-notch. I’d give him a perfect 10/10!
