Ripped suit
Ripped suit
ProductI ordered a suit from that online store and man, I was so disappointed with what I got. The suit showed up torn at the stitching - clearly a mistake during manufacturing. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to sort out a return or refund, it was such a frustrating experience. They said they had checked the suit before sending it out and even watched CCTV footage, but they never actually showed me any proof of this so-called inspection. It felt like they were just trying to dodge taking responsibility for selling a defective product. It's not right for a seller to not back up the quality of what they're selling, especially when the price tag is over $150. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.
Expensive gown for wedding
Expensive gown for wedding
ProductI just bought this fancy dress for a wedding at that store. It had these pretty gold prints on it and the tag said "Dry clean only". But when I took it to the cleaners to get rid of a smell, all the print got wrecked. The dress was really bad quality and I was super let down by it. I tried to reach out to customer service by email because they weren't answering on social media, but they straight up ignored me. You can't ignore customers and sell crappy stuff and expect to last. I'm definitely not buying anything else from that store.
