DeliveryI ordered my stuff about a month ago and I only received 2 pieces from my order. The rest still hasn't been shipped out and I haven't gotten a refund either. I've tried reaching out to them through email and Instagram, but no luck with getting a response. They're not sending the rest of my order and not giving back my money. It's just really frustrating!

DeliveryI just bought something online and it turned out that one thing was missing when I got my package. I reached out to customer service and they were no help at all, not even admitting their mistake. It was such a bad experience with their online service!

DeliveryI ordered a prepaid package but never got it at the address I gave them. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times but I still haven't gotten a solution or my money back. I am so frustrated with their terrible customer service and I won't be shopping here again.
