I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and even with everything going on with the lockdown, they've been providing great service. I had an issue with a gift missing from my order, but when I reached out by email, they quickly sorted it out and sent me the missing items without any fuss. And when I needed to return something for a refund and ran into some issues with the parcel, the customer service team was super professional and speedy in helping me out. They not only replied to my concerns in just one day, but they also made sure the parcel was returned successfully and processed my refund quickly. It was really cool of them to extend the return policy to 90 days during these tough times. Big shoutout to the team for always giving top-notch customer service.

So, I recently bought some stuff from this company for about $70, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. When I clicked "pay", they hit me with the usual "Covid" excuse for why my delivery might be late. And get this - I paid extra for gift wrapping, but my stuff showed up in a plain box with some shredded cardboard. No gift wrap in sight!
