CommunicationI ordered some stuff online and got an email with the wrong address. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't much use. They just told me to figure out how to redirect the package on my own. I tried to cancel my order but ran into some issues. It was pretty frustrating, and I wouldn't suggest using this service.
Black Friday promotion purchase
Black Friday promotion purchase
CommunicationI bought something during the Black Friday sale and they said I’d get four free gifts. But when my order came, I only got one gift. I contacted customer service and all they said was the offers depend on availability. I feel like this is a total scam and I’m really disappointed.
Recent online orders
Recent online orders
CommunicationI recently ordered a few things online, and let me tell you, I'm not too thrilled with the service I received. Some of the stuff I wanted was out of stock, and the company didn't let me know right away. There's this one order I placed on December 3rd that was supposed to be a Christmas present, and I still haven't heard anything about it. I've tried calling and emailing them, but no luck getting a response. From now on, I'll be shopping somewhere else.
