Online purchase delay

Returns & Refunds

I recently ordered something online because my usual hair salon was closed. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten my order. I got in touch with Customer Service and they told me the delivery company lost my order. They said I could get a replacement or a refund. I chose a refund, but it took another two weeks and they didn't refund the postage cost. I emailed them and they just said to keep waiting. Overall, my online shopping experience was a letdown and I won't be buying anything from there again.

Cancellation, Slow Refunds, Disorganized

Returns & Refunds

My recent experience with your company has been pretty disappointing. My order got cancelled with no heads up, and getting my refund took forever. It was really frustrating dealing with all the chaos and communication breakdown. I've been a loyal customer because I love your products, but this whole thing has really let me down and now I'm thinking about shopping somewhere else.
