App & PortalI signed up for the loyalty reward program a few years back and I've been collecting points ever since. I was just about to reach the top reward, but now they've completely changed everything! I was pumped to redeem for some shampoo or conditioner, but guess what? Those aren't even available as rewards anymore! Like come on, who needs another cheap brush with plastic bristles when you already own a pricey one? I feel totally ripped off by this whole reward system, not cool at all!
