Aveda - Reviews and experiences

I just bought some hair products from this store and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and make a purchase. I was so happy when my order arrived just three days later, everything in perfect shape. The products were nicely packed, but the thing that surprised me was the fillers used in the packaging. They actually dissolve in water! It would have been good to know that ahead of time, but it's all good.

I bought a shampoo and conditioner set from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how things turned out. When the package arrived, the shampoo had leaked all over the box, causing a big mess that I had to deal with. When I reached out to customer service to let them know about the problem, all I got back were unhelpful automated responses with no real attention to the issue. It was pretty clear that they didn't really care about their customers or take their concerns seriously. On top of that, I paid for a full-size product but only got half of it, which was totally not okay. All in all, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

The camomile shampoo from this brand totally transformed my hair, eh. My locks were so soft and easy to deal with, and they had a gorgeous shine that stuck around for days. I've been using this stuff for years, but now they've gone and discontinued it! I've been trying to get a hold of them through the chat and customer service, but they're just not showing any love for customer input, eh. It's a real bummer when a company you've trusted for so long doesn't put their customers first, you know?

Aveda ain't as environmentally aware as they say they are, eh?

I'm really let down by how much plastic packaging was used for my order. I thought this brand was all about sustainability, but my package was packed with non-recyclable polystyrene fillers. There are definitely better options out there for the environment, so it's disappointing to see this lack of care for the planet. Let's do better!
