Aveda - Reviews and experiences

I've been having a really tough time with my order from Aveda. I ordered some hair care stuff and it's been 10 days with no sign of it. Both Aveda and their delivery folks at Evri haven't been keeping me in the loop or helping me out at all. Trying to get some help has been a headache with all these instructions that don't make sense and waiting forever to get things sorted out. I expect top-notch service from a well-known company like Aveda, and this just isn't cutting it.

I recently ordered my usual shampoo and conditioner, expecting a smooth delivery. But, to my surprise, the delivery folks left my package at the wrong address! I was frustrated and puzzled as to how it happened. When I reached out to customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing help I got. The person I talked to not only said sorry for the mix-up but also quickly sent out a new order without any fuss. Their kindness and quick fix of the problem were really great. I was impressed by the awesome customer service I got. Finally, I got my order without any trouble, all thanks to the excellent service I received.

I got in touch with Customer Service to ask about my order, and they were really helpful and got everything sorted out fast. They sent me a new order right away, and it came in just a few days. The stuff I got was great quality and just what I wanted. I was happy with how everything turned out in the end.
