Returns & RefundsI called customer service the other day because I needed a new seat for my chair. The person I talked to, Alice, was super quick and helpful. She gave me the option to get a replacement seat and was really nice to deal with. But I do have one thing on my mind about how the company does replacements. This is the second time I've had to replace parts on my chair (the arm rests a few years ago) because I use it every day. The problem I had was that I had to dig up my original order number to get the replacement process moving. It took me a while to find it, and I think it would be better for customers if there was an easier way to get replacement parts. Despite this issue, I still think the company's products and service are really good.
