My back was achy from that old chair, so I ended up ordering a new one online. This new chair is adjustable and my back is feeling so much better now!

So, eh, the things I got are really awesome and the folks who assist me when I give them a ring are super friendly, eh? But man, the shipping is like never-ending, eh? The last two times I ordered stuff, it took forever to arrive at my place. They use this shipping company that always messes up the delivery time, eh? It's like they sent out my order on schedule, but it mysteriously disappeared for a whole month. Not cool, eh?

I ran into a problem at checkout so I decided to get in touch through live chat for some help. This customer service rep named Ashley was super quick to reply and did a great job explaining what was going on. Even though the issue couldn't be fixed on the spot, Ashley gave me a few different ways to deal with it. Chatting with an actual person through live chat really made a difference!

The package showed up on time and everything was generally in good shape, except for one metal part that covers the cable hole looking a bit rusty. The instructions in the manual could have been clearer and the text could have been bigger. But I gotta say, the stuff inside is top-notch! The motor runs quietly and smoothly. It took me and someone else about 2 hours to set everything up. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

I called customer service the other day because I needed a new seat for my chair. The person I talked to, Alice, was super quick and helpful. She gave me the option to get a replacement seat and was really nice to deal with. But I do have one thing on my mind about how the company does replacements. This is the second time I've had to replace parts on my chair (the arm rests a few years ago) because I use it every day. The problem I had was that I had to dig up my original order number to get the replacement process moving. It took me a while to find it, and I think it would be better for customers if there was an easier way to get replacement parts. Despite this issue, I still think the company's products and service are really good.
