Okay, story time. I ordered a desk chair for my WFH setup in early August and then kind of forgot what patience felt like. No updates, no tracking, just radio silence for weeks. I kept pinging support and got variations of “there’s an issue at the warehouse,” which, sure, but don’t leave me guessing. After almost two months I cancelled, then re-ordered a supposedly in-stock model and waited again. That one actually arrived eventually — way later than promised — and the chair itself is... fine. It’s comfortable enough for long hours at my standing desk (I sit more than I should), the seat foam is plush without being too soft, and the lumbar support helps on rough days. Assembly was a bit fiddly — some screws didn’t line up perfectly — and one armrest wobbles a little even after tightening. The fabric feels durable but a bit coarse close-up, not the soft velour I half-hoped for. Packaging was beaten up, so I braced for worse. Overall I use it every day for calls and typing; it does the job and I’d recommend it only if you can tolerate slow shipping and mediocre support. The company’s customer service needs to get its act together — they were puzzled more than helpful, which was the worst part. I like the chair for day-to-day comfort, but the whole buying experience knocked a lot of points off. If you need something fast or want top-tier customer care, maybe look elsewhere.

So, eh, the things I got are really awesome and the folks who assist me when I give them a ring are super friendly, eh? But man, the shipping is like never-ending, eh? The last two times I ordered stuff, it took forever to arrive at my place. They use this shipping company that always messes up the delivery time, eh? It's like they sent out my order on schedule, but it mysteriously disappeared for a whole month. Not cool, eh?

I was shocked at how fast my order came, eh? I mean, all the way from CA to New England! I put in my order over the weekend, and by Tuesday I had my item in hand. Putting it together was easy peasy, they even included all the tools I needed. It's been about a week now, and I gotta say, I am completely happy with the product. My whole experience was top-notch, couldn't be happier, eh.
