TrackingMy experience ordering a controller from this company has been a complete nightmare. I placed my order three weeks ago, and as of now, it's still stuck in the processing stage. The customer service team has been incredibly slow to respond, and when they do, they don't give me any useful information or updates on my order. Sadly, I can't cancel my order and will have to refuse delivery to get my money back. I wish I had looked into this company more before buying from them. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, and I recommend others to avoid them too.
