So hey, I reached out to support because my new headset was acting weird. But man, it's been 3 weeks and still no response from them. Really disappointing, especially considering how much I spent on it. Not cool at all, eh.

It's been so frustrating dealing with customer service about my wireless gaming headset issue. I reached out over 2 weeks ago and have been following up almost every day, but there's been no response from the company. I feel so disappointed and let down by their lack of communication and support. I would recommend to others to stay away from this company to avoid going through the same stress and frustration I've been dealing with.

Man, let me tell you, the customer service at this company is a total joke. The employees seem more into playing around than actually helping us out. My headset broke, so I emailed them for a replacement. It took them forever to reply, and when they finally did, it was just a generic message asking for the same info I already gave. I told them a bunch of times that I already sent it, but they kept asking. After months of going back and forth, I sent the info three times and still never heard back. It's like they don't care at all about my money or providing good service. I used to think they were top-notch, but now I see it's all fake. Such a waste of time and cash.
