Oh man, ordering from this company has been a total nightmare! I ordered a customized headset back in July, expecting it to arrive within 2-4 weeks. But here we are in September, and now they're saying it won't ship until October - that's four months later! And it's not even that custom, just different colored plastics. Dealing with their customer service has been a disaster. It looks like it's being run by two rude kids in Peru who don't speak English well. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth, even though they told me I could cancel and get my money back. This company is just a complete nightmare.

I ordered a custom headset from this company and they told me it would be shipped in one month. But I ended up waiting for over two months, and then out of nowhere, they just cancelled my order without any warning or explanation. The customer service was terrible and they never kept me updated throughout the whole ordeal.

I bought a new A40TR inline mute cable from the website and I was totally impressed by how quick the shipping was. I've been using my headset for a while now and the cable was giving me some trouble, so I thought it was time for a replacement. Ordering it was easy peasy and even though I went with the regular shipping option, the cable arrived in just 2 days. The cable is really good quality and now my headset is back in action, working perfectly.
