I bought a headset from this company not long ago and man, dealing with their customer service was a total disaster. I phoned in to talk to a manager cause I needed my package redirected, but they didn't seem to care at all or want to help me out. The manager told me they couldn't do anything to help, even though FedEx said they could if the company asked. I was super let down by their lack of effort and customer service, especially since I was planning on buying more stuff from them.

Don't go near this brand of headset! They told me they'd give me a new one for my son's pricey headset that broke, but just gave us another cheap one. They really took advantage of my autistic son's situation and his heartbreak is just awful. Don't waste your money on this brand, stay far away from it!

I absolutely love the wireless headset I got from this store. It's really comfy, the sound is fantastic, and it makes my gaming way better. But, I had some issues with their customer service. The dock I got was messed up, and when I asked for help, they were not very helpful and gave me confusing instructions. It took a lot of back and forth before they agreed to give me a new dock. But even then, they didn't give me clear info on how to return the old one, so I ended up losing track of it. It was super frustrating and left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering how much I paid for the headset.
