Shoe purchase
I just bought three pairs of shoes from this store, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with both the quality of the shoes and the service I got. Ordering was easy and quick, and my stuff arrived right on time. The shoes were packed nicely so they were in perfect shape when they got to me. Recent online purchase
I recently became a customer of this company, and I have to say I'm really not happy with how they're running things. I made a purchase, thinking it was just a one-time thing, but then I found out I was actually signed up for a VIP subscription and getting charged every month without even knowing about it. I looked into it more and realized I've been paying for this for years and not getting anything in return. It's just not right and I'm thinking about taking legal action to deal with this. I really encourage anyone else who's been tricked by this to come together and think about filing a class action lawsuit against the company.
Online clothing order
I recently bought some clothes online and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I've been getting from the company. I ordered my stuff over a week ago, thinking I'd get it in 6-8 business days like they said on the website. But it's been 11 days now and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. This delay is really frustrating and it's causing me a lot of inconvenience because I was expecting to have my stuff by now. I contacted customer service about it and they told me my order will now take 11-14 days to arrive. The fact that there's such a big difference between what the website says and when I'll actually get my stuff is not okay with me, and it's making me reconsider shopping with this company in the future.
Delayed order
Even though I keep getting emails asking for a review on something I haven't even received after 2 months, I can't get any info on where my order is at. The fact that no one's telling me what's up with my delayed order is really annoying and not cool. It's pretty disappointing to keep getting emails asking me to review something that hasn't even shown up yet.
Dress for event
I bought a dress for an event happening on December 8th thinking I had plenty of time for it to come with the regular 8-10 days shipping. Turns out Appleseeds doesn't ship right away, but 8-10 days from when they actually send it out, which was almost a week after I placed my order. Now, it says it's going to come on the same day as my event, so now I gotta find a new outfit in a rush. If they were upfront about their shipping policy, I would've gone for faster shipping or just bought somewhere else for my dress.
Cute dress
OMG, like, I got this really cute dress from this store and I was so excited to wear it to my friend's party. But then I had to return it because it didn't fit properly. When I got my refund, they only gave me $23 back even though I paid $43!!! I was so upset and asked them why. They said they deducted $6.99 for postage. But seriously, why did they keep $20??? That just doesn't make sense at all!!!
Sweater
I bought this sweater thinking it would be super cool, but when it arrived, it was kinda scratchy and not as comfy as I expected. Also, when I tried to return it, they tacked on a bunch of extra fees and I only got back a small portion of the money I spent. The customer service on the phone was not very helpful either. Such a letdown.
