New dress shoes
I've always been a big fan of this brand and recently picked up a new pair of dress shoes. The quality and attention to detail in their products never fail to impress me, and these shoes were no different. The design was sleek and stylish, and they fit like a dream right out of the box. I've received tons of compliments on them and felt super confident wearing them to a special event. The customer service was top-notch too - the staff knew their stuff and were really helpful. The price was reasonable for the quality of the shoes, and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. The delivery was quick, and the shoes arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Dress for event
I bought a dress for an event happening on December 8th thinking I had plenty of time for it to come with the regular 8-10 days shipping. Turns out Appleseeds doesn't ship right away, but 8-10 days from when they actually send it out, which was almost a week after I placed my order. Now, it says it's going to come on the same day as my event, so now I gotta find a new outfit in a rush. If they were upfront about their shipping policy, I would've gone for faster shipping or just bought somewhere else for my dress.

Delayed shipping, subpar quality
The shipping for my order took a whole 7 weeks! They told me it would arrive sooner, but I ended up waiting much longer. And to top it off, they gave me false tracking numbers twice. When the clothes finally showed up, they were almost too small for my kid. The quality was also not as good as it looked in the pictures. Some of the pieces were poorly made, which was really disappointing. And the sizes for adults were a joke - they were definitely not cut right. It was just an awful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
