Recent online purchase
I recently became a customer of this company, and I have to say I'm really not happy with how they're running things. I made a purchase, thinking it was just a one-time thing, but then I found out I was actually signed up for a VIP subscription and getting charged every month without even knowing about it. I looked into it more and realized I've been paying for this for years and not getting anything in return. It's just not right and I'm thinking about taking legal action to deal with this. I really encourage anyone else who's been tricked by this to come together and think about filing a class action lawsuit against the company.

Personal tour to Alexandria, Egypt
I recently booked a personal tour to Alexandria, Egypt with this company, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole experience. When we arrived, they told us there were some changes to the plan, including swapping out our hotels for ones that were less convenient. It was pretty unsettling because we had no idea where we were gonna end up staying and they never gave us a new plan. So, we were left feeling really unsure about what was going on. To top it off, we had asked for a hotel downtown and instead got one outside of town, which wasn't what we had in mind at all for our trip.

Online order experience
I recently had a disappointing experience ordering online with this retailer, eh? This was my second time trying to make a purchase, and unfortunately, it ended in frustration once again. After placing my order and being charged, I was told that they had to cancel it. And even though the money went through, I never got a refund for either of my canceled orders. This lack of communication and follow-through on their part was pretty frustrating and now I'm not sure I want to order from them again in the future, eh.
