I had a great experience working with a sales pro at Abt named Eva D. She was super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect built-in microwave for my place. ABT is honestly not the best spot for shopping. They just don't seem to care about helping you out and always push for you to accept less. Trust me, there are definitely better places out there to get electronics than ABT.

I bought an air purifier from that store not long ago, and I gotta tell you, I was really let down by their customer service. It felt like they didn't give a dang about my concerns or questions. I tried calling them several times to ask about the product, but every time they just told me to leave my name and order number for a call back, and then they never bothered calling me back. And when I finally did manage to speak to someone, they were rude and not helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't appreciate me as a customer.

So I bought this new wall heater/ac unit from your company, and let me tell you, the whole installation process has been a total nightmare. First off, the initial installation got pushed back because the installers didn't have the right plug for the unit, so I had to wait an extra week for them to come back. And then when they finally got it installed, turns out the duct adapter from the old unit didn't fit the new one, causing even more delays and a bunch of wrong part orders. Every time your technicians came back, it was like a new problem popped up, whether it was not knowing what to do or messing up on deliveries and installations. So ridiculous, ended up having them come out a total of eight times for what should've been a simple job.

Abt Electronics in Orland Park, eh, is the spot to go if you're on the hunt for top-notch service and competitive prices. I gotta say, I had a really great experience with their sales staff - they knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect refrigerator for my place, don'tcha know. The delivery system was quick, and the delivery folks were super nice and professional. They even took away my old fridge and all the packaging from the new one. All in all, Abt went above and beyond for me, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy something.

Eh, I wouldn't bother with buying an extended warranty from this place. Just trust the brand you bought from. They took forever to figure out the problem, had to order parts, and made us wait over 10 days. The customer service was rude, and we never got a call from a manager like they said we would. Take it from me, don't bother with their extended warranties, eh.

So me and my family decided to grab a new fridge and we headed to this neat store. The sales guy was really helpful and knew exactly what to show us after we gave him our measurements. He even helped us narrow down our choices. And then the delivery crew was fantastic! They showed up on time, got the fridge all set up, and were total pros. All in all, it was an awesome experience!
