I recently ordered a really fancy camera lens from this company and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how easy the whole process was. I decided to go for overnight shipping and I was so happy with how fast they got my order ready. The packaging was amazing, they really made sure that the lens was well protected during shipping. I was more than happy with my first order and I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

I bought something really expensive almost two months ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive! Supposed to be delivered to Florida but somehow it ended up in Illinois. This is just crazy and totally not okay. I've been paying for stuff that I don't even have yet. How is that fair? I'm so frustrated with this whole thing and for sure not gonna tell anyone to shop at Abt.

They had to carry everything up three flights of stairs, which was no joke, but they did it without any issues. Honestly, I'm really happy with the whole experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.

They really made sure my place stayed intact while getting rid of the old fridge and installing the new one. I was really impressed by how careful they were, like wearing boots over their shoes and putting together the new fridge perfectly. They even took the time to answer all my questions and tidied up all the packaging when they were finished. It was a great experience overall, and I definitely suggest Abt for their top-notch service.

Delivery was great! Got emails and texts ahead of time giving us a heads up about the 3-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, the dispatcher called to double-check everything and the driver called when they were on their way. The delivery folks were super professional and helpful, which made setting everything up easy. ABT Appliances is always our top choice for appliances, and they never disappoint with their service.

Recently, eh, I had the pleasure of buying a washer and dryer from this place, ya know? The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. The salesperson was super helpful, eh, and really knew their stuff. Chris and Marcos from the delivery team did a fantastic job bringing in my appliances. They were really careful and made sure they didn't damage anything during the process. They knew all about what the home inspector needed, like making sure the anti-tip bracket was on the stove and using good quality stainless steel hoses for the water lines. They even talked about using fire retardant tubing for dryers, which is as good as metal venting. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and it really showed in how well they paid attention to every little detail.

OMG, the peeps who brought and set up our fancy new stove were amazing! They were really nice, made sure not to wreck our floors, and got that stove in just right. They even cleaned up afterwards and hooked us up with a discount because of a little scratch they spotted - I didn't even see it! I'm seriously blown away!
